) from the hotels/motels and campgrounds in Niagara Falls Ontario for our Canadian departure Tours.
If you are not staying in the area you can pick up the tour at the Howard Johnson's Hotel 454 main street,
niagara falls ny 14301 for our US departure tours and Olde Stone Inn  robinson street, niagara falls ontario
canada for our Canadian departure tours
(this location charges for parking)

Are your tours appropriate for children?
Our tours are fun for the entire family!  The guides are fun and entertaining, and really make everyone feel
comfortable!  From the stories of the daredevils going over the Falls, to the real life "miracle of Niagara",
everyone will find their tour to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience!   The Maid of the Mist has no age
restrictions, and it's a blast for kids of all ages!

Can I bring a camera/video camera?
Absolutely!  When enjoying the Maid of the Mist Boat ride, Cave of the Winds Trip or Journey Behind the
Falls, you may want to bring along a plastic bag to protect your electronics.  You'll get some great photos
and when it's too wet on the Maid of the Mist Boat ride etc., just wrap up the camera and you're good to go!

Does the Maid of the Mist Boat ride operate year round?
No.  Too much ice and snow in the winter.  When the boat is not in operation, we substitute admission to the
Journey Behind the Falls to walk back behind the Horseshoe Falls.  The Maid of the Mist season typically
begins in May and runs through the end of October.  Our sightseeing tours are available April to October
and our One Day Tour from NYC is available all year.

Is there a lot of walking on your tours?
Our All-American Adventure has the most walking, and involves stairs on the Cave of the Winds Trip.  The
rest of the tours feature relatively short distances with little or no stairs.
There are plenty of benches throughout the parks during the tour, so if someone in your party doesn't want
to participate in everything, they don't have to.   If you have any concerns, please call our office
1-800-538-8433.

Are your tours handicapped accessible?
All of our tour routes are wheelchair accessible.  Our vehicles however, are not equipped with wheelchair
lifts.  If that is something you require, please let us know and we can refer you to one of our tourism
partners.  We do have medium size (200 lbs max.) wheelchairs available at our office for guests who may
require some assistance.

Do you still go on tour if the weather isn't great?
We run rain or shine!  There's always a little mist in the air around Niagara Falls, so we don't really notice
any raindrops!

How far in advance do I need to make reservations?
We recommend making your reservations at least a week prior to arrival to guarantee the tour and
departure time of your choice.  We do accept reservations up until the time of departure on a space
available basis.

Are strollers permitted on the tour?
Absolutely!  As long as it is an umbrella type stroller.

Are there any extra fees not included in the tour price?
No, all tours are inclusive of taxes and fees!  Our tour guides work very hard throughout the tour to insure a
great Niagara Falls experience.  If you appreciate their efforts, you can recognize them with a gratuity.   It is
customary to tip guides 15% if you have completely enjoyed your tour experience.

We hope you will be joining us soon!
