- Partial Refund with more than 24 hours notice prior to tour
departure time.
- 50% Refund 24 hours to 2 hours prior to tour departure time.
- Refunds will not be given within 2 hours prior to scheduled tour
departure time. Sorry, NO Exceptions!
- All Refunds, cancellations, and/or changes maybe subject to a
$10.00 processing fee.
One Day Tour From NYC:
- 50% Refund- 8 days prior to tour reservation.
- No Refund- 2 days or Less prior to tour reservation. Sorry, NO
exceptions.
Room and Tour Packages:
- No refunds available with cancellations less than 7 days prior to
check in date. Sorry, NO exceptions.
Bus Charters:
- 25% cancellation fee will be assessed if bus charter service is
cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure.
Group Tours:
- Refund available with cancellations 31 days prior to tour
departure. - 25% fee will apply with cancellations less than 30 days prior to
tour departure. - If a Hotel booking has been requested please call to discuss
individual hotel cancellation policy.
